Description:


SZG Series Conical Vacuum Dryer is a new generation drying device developed by combining the processes of mixing and drying together. It has two connecting methods, belted or chained. Therefore it is stable in operation. The special design guarantees the two shafts keep good concentricity. Heat medium and vacuum system all adapt reliable rotating connector with the technology from USA.





Main Application:

Conical Vacuum Dryer is suitable for raw materials that need to be concentrated, mixed and dried at a low temperature (eg. biochemistry products in chemical, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries).

1.  materials that are easily oxidized;

2.  materials that are easily volatilized;

3.  materials that are strongly heat-sensitive or toxic;

4.  materials that should not destroy its crystal in drying

 

Working Principle:

Heat source passes through the sealed jacket, and enters into the interlayer of the barrel, which heat the inner wall of the barrel. Raw material is heated and dried in the barrel by transmitting heat with the inner wall. The barrel rotates slowly and the raw material inside is mixed continuously, the purpose of reinforced drying is then realized. During the operation, material is at a vacuum state, the drop of steam pressure makes the moisture at the surface of raw material become saturation and evaporated, and the solvent drops will be taken away by vacuum pump. The inner moisture of raw material will also be infiltrated, evaporated and discharged continuously.
