FG Series High Efficiency Fluid Bed Dryer




Principle:

Powder material is in a boiling state in the fluid bed, in which heated and mixed by filtered hot air. Binder is then be sprayed into the fluid bed, which makes the dry powder material agglomerate. The moisture in granule is evaporated by hot air and binder is solidified. Finally, the ideal, uniform and porous finished granule will be got.






Applications:

• Pharmaceutical industry:  tablet, capsule, low sugar or no sugar granule of Chinese medicine

• Food stuff:  cocoa, coffee, milk powder, granule of juice, flavoring and so on.

• Other industries:  pesticide, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff and so on.

• Because of powder granulating, the flow property is improved and dust is reduced.

• All the processes, mixing, granulating and drying are completed in one machine.

• Operation is safer because of the anti-static filter material.

• FG fluid bed has no dead corner, easy for feeding, discharging and clean, which meets the requirement of GMP.
